↩️ Return Review Guidelines

MELVORA™ accepts requests for eligible returns when the request is submitted within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery and the product meets the applicable condition requirements.

📦 Eligible Item Condition

Unless a verified product issue applies, returned products should generally be:

• Unused and unwashed
• Free from stains, fragrance, pet hair, or alteration
• Folded and packaged with included components
• Accompanied by the original product identification
• In a condition suitable for inspection

🛏️ Home-Textile Considerations

For hygiene and product-integrity reasons, items that have been slept on, washed, installed, significantly unfolded for extended use, or altered may not qualify for a standard return.

📨 Starting a Return Request

Before sending anything back, email MELVORA™ Support with:

• The order reference
• The product name
• The reason for the request
• Photographs when condition or damage is relevant

Items should not be returned without receiving instructions from the support team.

Requests are evaluated according to timing, product condition, item category, included components, and the information provided.
